Standard Desktop license

This is our standard license. Use this license for Desktop, Print and Rasterized (Flattened) static images on websites.

The standard EULA (End User License Agreement) purchased from sweetestgoods.com grants you, the Purchaser:

A single (one user), ongoing, non-exclusive, non-transferable, terminable, worldwide license for Desktop and Print.

You can:

• Install the Font Software on one (1) computer or device (You can at any time buy more licenses according to your users and/or computers)

• Use for personal and commercial projects

• Use to create physical end products for sale
• Use the Font designing and creating (un-editable, non-embedded) marketing materials such as invitations, business cards, logos, branding, greeting cards, packaging designs, static (rasterized / flattened) images on web sites, apparel, books, stationary.

• Use the Font for a logo, provided your organizations yearly gross revenue does not exceed 1 (one) million dollars (or the equivalent amount in your currency). (In this case, please contact us for an extended desktop license)

• Use for websites, apps, or video games (only as rasterized image)

• Use for digital Ads (only as rasterized image)

• Use for social media (only as rasterized image)

You cannot:

• Resell, sublicense or share the Font with others including clients (if a client wants to use the font on their computer, they need to purchase a license according to their needs)

• Make Font files available for download in any way shape or form

• Modify the Font and/or sell modified versions of the fonts

• Create editable templates available for resale containing the Font
• Claim the Font, as is or any derivative thereof, as your own work

• Embed the Font in a website, app or any other (Web or App License is required)
• Embed the Font on a third party/Print on Demand website where third parties who are not licensed are able to work with the Font

1) YOUR RIGHTS

1.1 General

With a desktop license, you can install a Font to one device such as a desktop computer or other and use it in any applications such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Affinity Designer, Microsoft Word, and others. The license type and quantity you purchase is noted in your invoice and is valid only for the benefit of the purchaser or purchaser organization.

1.2 Copyright

What you are purchasing is a license to use digital Font software – referred to as “Fonts” – for one user; you are not purchasing the copyright to the design of the Fonts, but the rights to install & use the Fonts. This also pertains to all other files coming with it like illustrations, logo templates or similar. The Font is the property of Sweetest Goods. Sweetest Goods retain all right, title and interest in and to the Fonts.

1.2 Number of Users & Devices

This license is only for the benefit of the users authorized under this license. If you are purchasing one license (in other words, one authorized user), you may install the Fonts on one computer. You can purchase additional licenses at any time, which grants additional users in your organization the rights to use the Fonts on their respective additional computers (or devices), as noted above.

1.2 Archival Copy

You can make one single archival copy of the Fonts for your own purposes. You will not distribute the Fonts to people outside of your organization.

1.3 Embedded in PDF

The Fonts can be embedded in other software files, such as Portable Document Format (PDF) but only as converted elements and in such a way that they cannot be extracted from the files you create.

1.4 Extended Logo Use

You will need an extended and customized Desktop License if you are using the Fonts in a logo and the yearly gross revenue of your Organization exceeds 1 (one) million dollars (or the equivalent amount in your currency). 2) MOBILE APPLICATIONS, VIDEO GAMES, E-BOOKS, SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE

Using the Fonts for web usage, mobile applications, video games, e-books, software or hardware is permitted only as rasterized images. If you embed the Font in any way, or if users are able to use the Fonts actively or are able to customize the Fonts using your software, you need an additional license according to your needs.

2) MODIFICATION

You may not use any font creation or font manipulation program or attempt to modify the Fonts for the purposes of creating a usable, derivative or substitute version of the Fonts. Under no circumstances are you allowed to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Fonts or the designs embodied therein.

You may not commission a third party to modify the fonts without first gaining permission from the copyright holder. You may not sell, make available for download, or give away modified versions of the fonts.

3) LIMIT OF LIABILITY

If you encounter problems with the Fonts we will work with you to the best of our ability to solve these technical issues. The fonts may be only returned if defective within 10 days of sale, or within the timeframe specified by the authorized font reseller the fonts were purchased from, whichever longer. In no event will the copyright holder be liable to you for any consequential or incidental damages, including any lost revenue, profits, goodwill or savings, or for any claim by any third party.

4) Warranty

Our font software is engineered to be of the highest compatibility with external software, however we cannot guarantee about the compliance and on-going compliance of external hardware and software manufacturers. We cannot promise the software is error free, and is constantly being updated. Due to the ever evolving and changing nature of technology we cannot confirm it will work on every platform and/or every browser.

5) ACTIVATION

 This license does not take effect until payment is processed.

6) AMMENDMENTS

 Sweetest Goods reserves the right to make amendments to this agreement at any time and without notice. It is the Purchasers responsibility to ensure that they check the EULA periodically to ensure that their usage of the Font use is still compliant with this EULA. This agreement may only be modified by an authorized appointee on behalf of Sweetest Goods.
